# ProRadIQ

> Radiologist-led, AI-assisted radiology reporting platform — where radiology meets quantified intelligence.

ProRadIQ is a DICOM-first radiology reporting workstation operated by **ProRadIQ Technologies Pvt Ltd**. It is founded and clinically led by **Dr. Harjot Singh**, a practising radiologist. The platform is positioned as **AI-assisted, not AI-autonomous**: every final report is reviewed, corrected, and digitally signed by a qualified, registered radiologist before release.

ProRadIQ supports two delivery models for diagnostic centres:

1. **AI-assisted reporting** — for centres that already have an in-house or visiting radiologist. The radiologist receives an AI-generated draft (typically in about 3–4 minutes per study, depending on case type and server load), edits it on the workstation, and signs it with their own credentials.
2. **Telereporting by Dr. Harjot Singh** — for centres without on-site radiology cover. Studies are pushed to ProRadIQ via DICOM and Dr. Singh reviews and signs the final report.

Core capabilities: DICOM ZIP upload, Orthanc Lua push, DICOM C-STORE, in-browser viewer, structured (modality-aware) reporting prompts, per-organisation correction memory, audit trail, signed PDF / DOCX / FHIR export, ISO 13485 / ISO/IEC 27001 / IEC 62304 / ISO 14971 certified quality and security posture.

ProRadIQ does **not** replace radiologists. Every report is human-reviewed before sign-off.
