AI-Assisted Radiology
AI-assisted radiology means an AI system pre-reads imaging studies and produces a structured draft report that a qualified radiologist reviews, edits, and signs. The radiologist remains the diagnostician of record. ProRadIQ's AI pipeline analyses every image in a study, not just a sample.
AI drafts, radiologist signs — clinical responsibility unchanged.
How our AI pipeline works
Stage 1 — full-image scouting examines every DICOM image in the study. Stage 2 — modality-aware structured drafting produces an organ-by-organ impression with bolded positive findings. Stage 3 — a registered radiologist reviews the draft, edits, and signs. Corrections feed a learning loop that improves future drafts.
Safety guards
Modality-specific false-positive scrubbers (e.g. HRCT apical scarring, sinonasal mucosal thickening) prevent hallucinated findings. Critical-finding detector flags red-flag cases for senior over-read.
Quick facts
- Every image analysed — not a sample
- Modality-aware drafting (CT, MRI, X-ray, US)
- False-positive scrubbers per modality
- Radiologist is the sole signatory
